-Pull ups
-Bent over row
*Chain down; X,Y: Start with exercise #1 for X reps, then go right into exercise #2 for X reps. Return to exercise #1 for X-1 reps, then exercise #2 for X-1 reps. Continue to decrease reps by one until finishing with Y reps.
