My name is Danny Coleman, and I am a college kid that enjoy’s a lot of the stereotypical stuff that college kids like to do. I like to stay up late, go to parties, make moves on ladies, doing my thing at the club, and having an occasional, or more than occasional cocktail.
I am a personal trainer and VIP team member at Metabolic Effect. I am learning new information constantly from the Metabolic Effect & JillFit teams, so I take that knowledge, apply it to my life, and share stuff with you guys that works for me. I am not a physician or big time fitness model/competitor, so the point of this blog is not to be like “look at me… Do this… or this is THE WAY to do things.” I just am just a college kid that has a thing for salty snacks, Bud Lights, and the social scene just like many other college kids in the U.S. I don’t want you guys to give up the college life of late night pizza for chicken, broccoli, & a 9:00pm bedtime. I just want to share how to live that college lifestyle, but to also stay in good shape at the same time.
